 Our Mission is 

 "To enhance the lives of all individuals affected by a family member's, friend, or partner's substance misuses through the provision of a dedicated programme of support including information and advice, counselling, peer grup, and complementary therapies."

We stand by what we say which is, the work of the family support service is underpinned by a set of values that guide all aspects of its work.  These include a recognition that:

          -Familes need specific services, offered by experienced, well trained and caring people.

          -The stigma and discrimination against families affected by substance misuse needs to be addressed.

          -Each member is unique and every family member has different needs. 

REMEMBER

Other agencies and organisations are available for your family member or friend that is misusing drugs or alcohol and we can point them in the right direction.

Our service is all about you, so we will do everything within our power to ensure that you get the best help we can offer

We do not provide support services for substance users our responsibility is solely to you.

If you are unhappy with our support, or if any clarification is required, you will have full access to our service manager
